By downloading, browsing, accessing or using this Alnokhatha mobileapplication (“Alnokhatha Application”), you agree to be bound by theseTerms & Conditions of this policy. We have contracted with a professionaland qualified partner who take care of the delivery based on certain level ofcommitments and they have been chosen based on restricted terms andconditions and quality of service to ensure our customers completesatisfaction.

Methods of delivery

To ensure freshest fish deliver to your registered address, we have adopted door to door method of delivery. Where we collect your purchased order of fish from central market of your city in UAE and deliver it to your address location within 4 hours of the day time throughout for all seven days. Our specialized drivers will deliver carefully and neatly packaged items in iced boxes by the only means of vehicle delivery.

  • Daytime orders before closing of Fish Market will be delivered same day within 4 hours.
  • Orders received evening time or/and after closing Fish Market will be delivered next day within 4 hours calculated from 9:00 AM

Places of delivery

Purchased Orders will only be delivered to customer registered address location at Alnokhatha Mobile Application, therefore it’s customers obligation to ensure the correct address registry or changed while placing the order.

It’s important that customer understand we operate only within a city, so customer order is purchased from the nearest Fish Market from the customers registered address location.

Our tracking intelligent algorithm will decline customer orders if the selected

Fish Market outside the city of the customer’s registered address.

Delivery charges

Delivery service is core of our services and to ensure our commitment of fastest delivery option as specified above, we charge it additionally on top of order total price before.

Since we are operating as “Abu Dhabi Trader” registered license in Abu Dhabi, we are exempted from charging VAT for two years. However, VAT maybe payable if regulations has changed or the enforcement has come true.

The delivery charge is fixed at ADE 30.00 and its included within the total service charge as stated in the customer order invoice.

Delivery Delay

Delays occurred or associated with traffic jam such as rush hours, accidents, road detour route, or any unexpected cause for fair and justified reasons maybe exempted from 4 hours of delivery commitment.

The customer is going to be communicated instantly by the agent or admin of such circumstances as they occur.

Delivery Tracking

The customer going to be notified of the delivery status as they rapidly change from time order preparation until its delivered to customer address location. The various stage of delivery will keep the customer informed how the delivery progressing and will allow the customer to report a delay or complain to Admin of any misconduct by the driver which effects our quality of service.


Alnokhatha Admin is not responsible of any criminal act by the delivery agent and/or any type of harassments must be immediately report to official authority at customers locality or nearest police station.

Customer obligations

Its customer obligation to verify the received items with order purchased and report immediately if the delivered package (item or quantity) doesn’t meets placed orders.

It’s customers obligation that the delivery location address is accurate and complete to avoid cause of delay as per our commitment.
